Explanation - Maintain the appearance of neighborhood by specifing the number and size of structures

3.03

1.  Lots  2 Acres or less in size shall be limited to 2 accessory structures with a total area of no more than 1,200 square feet in area,of which no single structure shall exceed 750 square feet in area.
2. Lots greater than 2 acres and less than or equal to 3 acres in size shall be limited to 3 accessory structures with a total area of no more than 2,500 square feet of which no single structure shall exceed 1,250 square feet in area.
3. Lots greater than 3 acres and less than or equal to 4 acres in size shall be limited to 4 accessory structures with a total area of no more than 3,500 square feet of which no single structure shall exceed 1,750 square feet.
4. Lots greater than 4 acres and less than or equal to 5 acres in size shall be limited to 5 accessory structures with a total area of no more than 4,500 square feet of which no single structure shall exceed 2,250 square feet in area.
5. Lots greater than 5 acres in size shall be limited to 5 accessory structures with a total area of no more than 5,000 square feet of which no single structure shall exceed 2,500 square feet in area.
